Is there any consensus on what offense matches up best against full court press?

Probably no consensus but I found difficulty in defending low post when I was playing fcp. No real idea why though.

FCP is like Russian Roulette. I think playing your best offense would be good enough.

Unless they play Run and Gun then you might wanna have some random fun with them by playing Run and Gun against them and see the points rack up xD

I played Full Court Press in game 1 of relegation and it decreased my Rebound and Inside Defense rating of 2 levels.

FCP game (104442545) ID 8,5 RB 7,5

It's possible to see the difference in previous match played with same starting five and same Game Shape. (103397771) ID 6,5 RB 5,5

Well, you also got a gdp guess right in one game and wrong in the other which also makes a difference in the ratings. And you're away in the game where you played fcp and home when you didn't. Which also has an effect.

You need the right players to play fcp. I wouldn't recommend it to most people. Any time you deviate from man to man you need to think about your players' skillsets. You might think a lot of OD compared to ID is a good thing for fcp; I might not agree.

In the game where you played fcp both teams had similar amounts of TOs. That's just not good enough. You need the extra possessions to make up for the loss in rebounding. I suspect you don't have any players with SB. That would also help.

I agree with you.

The one reason i played Fcp is this tactic increase fouls and I hoped to try to get an injury for opposing players so they would not play game 2

I already knew that I lose the game, so I played normal.
