I am building up my guards for their JS throughout this season and wanted to know if I should be training JS Guards to boost their JS?? Their HA/DR is well above 16ea so I though since that was already up high their jump shooting would really boost at least every 2 weeks they should get a pop. The main 3 I am working on are 23 yrs old, under 6ft 6. Or should I keep training 1v1???

Their Defense is 15 at the point...I guess I need to switch training up then if thats the case...I thought I read a while back about boosting JS for a whole season should come pretty fast if guards are already high in HA/DR. I may try to get their outside defense to 16+ and depend on team shooting to compete with other D3 or higher division especially after this season when I bang out inside training on a few forwards/centers.

Here are their skills and i want to make them into SF's....Their outside defense isnt as high as 15 as I thought when I wrote but i have a couple of other players who are 15 OD. In addition to these 2 I am also training

So I can continue to train these 2 younger trainees well into the next 4-5 seasons to become the teams PF/C..or SF/PF

Any training tips is appreciated....I bought Will and Dustin off the TL a few seasons ago and pounded a bunch of 1v1 forwards on them. I know I need to continue the same with my 2 younger trainees I drafted the past 2 seasons but will need to concentrate on all 4 for now...it seems. I hate to leave Will/Dustin untrained and want to get the most out of them before they are 25 or 26 while still increasing the 2 younger trainees. I intend to add more to my arena which is now at 18k and compete as high as possible with these 4 trainees as the Main players.

Basically...I was wanting to pound a season's worth of JS forwards and 1v1 forwards and then next season start developing more inside defense to round them as SF

Thanks Big Njord - Makes sense and agreed!! This will make this team well balanced in a few seasons with a couple of nice Bigs to concentrate on as I plan on being more competitive with this group, Much appreciate your advise.
Peace Bro!!
