As long as it isn't a multiple account situation, I see no problem with it.

Different managers take pride in doing different things on BB. For about 6 seasons, I neglected my own BB team and focused solely on coaching up and training players for the USA U21 NT. I trained maybe 5 guys in that span to try to get them on the team and only two of them actually played substantial minutes on the team, while one only played in I think two U21 NT games (one was a scrimmage).

Some managers just care more about their Nation's success in BB rather than their own team.

No idea. In the USA we just have a lot of guys on our discord that want to train new and interesting prospects. We've never really thought about or had to ask specific managers to "farm". I've never really viewed them as farms, just managers that have a focus on the U21 NT prospects.
