Hi everyone!

I've been training five players (the fifth is the worst)in 1 vs 1 (forwards) for 1 and half seasons. I would like to choose the best 3 players to train them better (outside defense, inside defense, outside shotting etc..) but first of all I'm thinking to train some weeks "jump shot" until this season finish. When i finish this season i sell the 2 worst players and train the other 3 better.
But i have some questions for you:

- if you see the abilities of my players, do yo think i need to train more weeks 1 vs 1 until i start training jump shot?

- what are the best three players for you?? Or what players do you recommed to me to be trained?

- could you please help me with a training schedule for these players?

Thank you so much!! I will appreciate all the answers!

I think there are a little more nuances to evaluate who are "the best" players, although I believe the result is the same:

Potential (though not as important for newer managers)
Length (tall and short players are hard to train together, they usually have different needs)
What skills are high (I value OD, IS and ID higher than DR, HA, JS, RB because they train more slowly).

I'd have sold the 2 PAS, kept the Superstars 6'6'' and 6'8'' and trained them all as SFs. This had the additional benefit of being able to play these players at multiple positions once done and keep their salary low. That would be my thinking and my course of action.

The first guy at 6'2'' and with lower potential may seem a better prospect now, and he is quite good, but he's shorter and he will cap while you are still training the other 2 because his outside skills will grow faster and he has less potential.

Oh well too late now :)
