It's always funny for me when somebody claim these all results which I made during last seasons were very easy to do, and everybody could do the same:-)

Before I came you had only one medal a lot of seasons ago.... Lithuania is still in top teams now!

You can try to repeat my results without me....but let me know before deadline of submitting candidacy...then I will submit my candidacy somewhere else;-) A lot of countries would like to have me.

Anyway, I built this team/players, I won Consolation Tournament and it would be a pleasure for me to lead Lithuania NT in Europen Championships with home court advantage. I will be thanful if you allow me to do it. I think I deserved on it.

Nearly anybody could do the same, yeah. It is my opinion. Most of the games we had better team. Also there used to be, and still there are very smart managers in LBBl and lower leagues too.

Dont see any chances for you not being re-sellected. Seems voting is very innactive nowadays, so small bunch of players make decisions. Anyways whoever coaches next season, NT should have very high chances to get medals.

Why Lithuania didn't win earlier? Look at history.

You ment Consolation Turnament? Or generally? How many players you know skills?

I don't agree with you. Look at Poland for example. Poland have better players than Lithuania.

Mostly because of bad trainning plans. Trees players. Not communicating with player owners (yeah owners, players are the slaves here, its now the NBA). I agree there used to be like bellow average NT managers. I am always rofling irl when ex-lbbl managers cannot promote from div 3 even with twice as big salaries as opponents. That tells the average level of managers of that time. Now the competition is bigger before managers from lower leagues built up their arenas, trained their players and pushed bad managers out. This is good, it increases competetivity and experience. I believe the overall experience and knowledge about the game is now way higher than it was like 25 seasons ago.

You know more, because you NT manager.

My advice to you would be not to get very cocky, or you might fail big this season.

I'm cocky? No, no at all. I'm honest.

You claim almost everybody could do the same like me. It's cocky.

Claiming their cockiness as honesty is what cocky people do.

What do you expect from me? You probably would be happy if I said: you have right, it was very easy to win these trophies, players were trained without my participation, I only set up line-up, etc. No, it wasn't like this at all. I was very engaged to achieve what I achieved. You should talk with users who are in contact with me...
