Do you think that manager would play pas his 3rd season? He would have been dedicated his whole year of real life training player only for the matter that he surely does not meet u-21 requirements because in that age group u-21 coach or his friends had rookies, and wanted to push them at any cost.
This is equal to new players scamming. There is not a grain of positive signs in there. It is at all the ways disruptive to the game itself. And to experience for all of the managers.
