Starting next season, I will begin to train defense. I will buy/draft two or three very good prospects and am in position to give them full training every week.

Can someone point me to a guide or thread that talks about the proper way to train BIGS?

I would assume I need to draft/buy three very good 18 year olds. But what order should I train each skill and for how long? Is there a certain method to follow to get the max training?

FYI: I'm in level IV now and will be for another season or two. I have lots of money and have some decently well trained young guards. So nothing is holding me back from training them exactly the way they should be.

Please help.

This thread is a pretty good guideline to follow: (295510.1)

3 good prospects might be pushing it, foul out and injuries can mess things up when doing single position training. But if you don't mind the third player risk losing out on training, then it's fine.

I’d be happy to help you out via BB-Mail, or you could join Discord(link in signature below) where we have a bunch of talented managers that would be interested in helping with any aspect of the game.

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

Get tall players 6'11 or taller. I can't emphasize this enough. Inside skills train really fast with taller players. Try to get prospects with good outside skills. Yes outside skills, not inside. Most rookie trainers go for high inside starting skills but better prospects are well rounded with nice outside skills. What can hold you back is your division. Division 4 does have its constraints, less revenue for one. You should be able to afford them for 3 seasons.

Discord is a great source of information. I joined about a month ago and picked up several good pieces of advice that helped me late in the season.
