I've already complete my manager tutorial and I read somewhere the game will give you a reward (a good player if I'm not wrong).

How could I take my reward???

I have also completed the new tutorial and only got 1/3 players

Do you know where you can access the Tutorial or the Task list? I got one player so wanted to make sure I actually did complete it all

Go on preferences>hide tutorial>check "no"
