Hey D IV team here,

I've been employing a level 4 PR manager, trying to fill my arena but I'm wondering if it is even worth it for whatever boost it gives you and what everyone would recommend for level of PR manager at this level of the game

In my personal opinion, I don't think they are worth the salary that you pay them in D.IV or even D.III. It seems like they work better and actually make you some more revenue once you get into the higher leagues, but for the most part I don't think any level is worth it in D.IV.
