I use Strictly follow depth chart almost every game for training purposes so I can get my guys the correct training minutes, but come playoff time, I won't care about training or minute distribution as much and just want the substitution pattern that maximizes gameplay and makes my team perform the best. In your opinion what substitution pattern is the best?

Feel free to leave additional comments if there are other factors involved such as how it may change based on a 10-11 man rotation verses an 8-9 man rotation, or whether or not leaving players in the game when they are in foul trouble has an impact. Thanks!

Nah they won’t. Only thing is I would only blank bigs (PF and C) or guards (PG and SG). Blanking SF or SF and PG or SF and C gets weird.
