Hey Marin,

I don‘t know if this the right thread to contact you - but I‘ll try anyway! This season the site has been very unstable, training late, finincial update late, games not starting, no boxscores available for hours. Forums not easily accessible. And pages loading incredibly slow (literally minutes). So all things considered, this is starting to be unbearable for me. I love this game. I understand that it takes time to develop the app. But at least this website should run smoothly. So please: starting Monday (or wednesday next week, but please very soon) do a whole week of downtime. Fix all the issues that have been hard to fix because this game proceeds every second. Make the server move. Use the time wisely. I (and many german users, I guess also from a lot of other countries) will support this downtime in order to have a quick and smooth game-performance afterwards!

Yes, server change is hopefully going to help. And since they wanted to do that during last offseason, it's already overdue.

It was already planned for the end of the season right.
So i don't see any point to not stick to that schedule.
Also with corono going on black im sure that's businesswise a bad discision.

Yes, that might be. But it's still some time until the end of the season. And considering Corona: it's true, we haven't dropped below 13k users. But also haven't had a boost to get us back to 15k or 20k ... so I guess the impact wouldn't be to big and if you've got a better product afterwards, it's definitely worth it, don't you think?

Well, downtime would mean that everything would be postponed, so no games played, transfers made etc. That's also why a week would be a good time imo just click "pause" for exactly a week - and hopefully have a lot of things done in the meantime. Also everyone would know when everything would start over ... not too bad, in my opinion.

I agree and I would rather go with a downtime "now" during the season than having all these problems in the POs (Post Season).

Or a repeat of last season's playoffs where we were making plans for game three without knowing what happened in game two.

I have complaint to make about economy weekly update.
My economy update Should be 20 of April at 03:30 Irish time.
At 4:52 i bought new coach for my team.Economy updated wasn't working and now after it has done today
22 of April I notice that my economy update been charged for new coach and in case I lost 27000 $
Any refunds and what shall I do?
I specifically was checking so that I don't loose any funds on this kin of transaction when site have issues.
Money is money so I hope it's fixable.
