i don't think offensive flow does something. offensive flow is more of a measure of how smart your team plays, based mostly on passing.

right. so i guess the higher the offensive flow, less turnovers, more assists and higher shooting efficiency.

Very good question, I was wondering the same question few days ago. From what I gathered is that passing and ball handling contributes to offensive flow. The rankings is just a representation of all skills but i don't think it does something. All situations are calculated individually.

I don't think that team's flow ranking is playing a part in the programming, I would agree with you that it's a summary of all players passing and ball handling skills. It's hard for me to understand programming side but I would say that all situations are individual skill vs another individual skill.
