How often can one expect a pop for passing and jump range for a 6 foot, 21 year old with an advanced trainer? Is it worth getting a superior trainer?

so when seemed to have optimal training we should get:

lvl 1 - 100 pops total
lvl 2 - 102 pops total - maybe 101 pops in the middle of training*
lvl 3 - 104 pops - maybe 102 pops ..
lvl 4 - 106 pops - maybe 103 pops ..
lvl 5 - 108 pops - maybe 104 pops ..
lvl 6 - 110 pops - maybe 105 pops ..
lvl 7 - 112 pops - maybe 106 pops ..

or maybe these 3% is from previous lvl trainer? 1lvl - 100%, 2lvl-103%, 3lvl 103%*1,03 and so on? ( there is no such big difference between these 2 methods)

*I would say we have 8 seasons (years of training). it seems that lvl4 is best value for money really. Certian players (potential) can be capped using lower lvl trainer also.

Does anyone know and can confirm that we need lvl5+ trainers to cap MVP+ players? and the same for lower potentials, is lvl 3-4 enough to cap AllStar?

100 pops is just for calculation. Nothing more.

I'd say if you are paying 20k a week for your advance trainer, then you should probably replace him, 15k seems more appropriate for an average, making it even better to have a LVL 4.

Hire at 11-12. Fire around 17. Cost should be under 10k and should be done, every 20 weeks I guess?
Average 14 (because it goes up faster later on, making it more often around the lower end), + 500 dollars a week for the salary over time, and plus a 17k severence fee one time

Average ... 15.5k?

It took me 3 readings just to get my head around the maths lol. What's the ideal numbers then for a superior one?
