Slightly concerned about the passing on my trainees. Is it worth training a full season? What level would you consider the minimum in order to not be a liability?

It is often the last skill people train on trainees though. Trains quickly and also quickly adds salary to a player (if they're a guard) so it can make sense to leave it.

That’s part of the reason I asked what level would be sufficient. Would a 10 be enough? Or should it be more like 12?

I prefer my guards to have 12-13 passing, anything more than that adds a lot of salary.

And if you have bigs with high passing, you can get away with it a bit more too.
