I beginning to wonder as my trainees get to higher and higher levels, is it more wage efficient to train guards than centers?
I mean, you can have 3-6 relatively cheap guard trainees and relatively fewer high-wage post players versus having 3-6 high wage post trainees and fewer lower wage guards.

don't realy know, you can always sell off players if their wage becomes too high for your team and buy new trainees to substitute them....
They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
