From the Rules:

Additionally, three of the games during the season will also be classified as televised games. These games earn more revenue than other matches and have a higher impact on your fan base than normal games. Win big or lose a nail-biter on the road on TV and everybody wants your star player's jersey. Lose big and be prepared to look at even more empty seats.

Do both teams receive money from TV games? I couldn't find this in the rules anywhere.

The home team gets their regular ticket revenue, and both teams get TV money.

Yes. Yours should be shown on your economy page. Somewhat of an oddity is that if you are the visitor, the Arena section at the bottom of the economy page will show the attendance for the different sections of your opponents arena, as well as your ticket prices. But the Total Revenue is just your TV money.
