I second that, they are very important and of course Marin barely speak about it.
Time and time again Marin shows incompetence to manage this game.
In this pace, myself and probably a lot of other managers will leave the game, every other day there are new problems and not really a hope for a better future since Marin doesn't communicate or shows interest in improving the game.
