Hi,

I spend $10,000 a week to get 2 scouting points and I haven't changed that for years. When I was about to scout the players for the draft, I noticed that I have only 6 scouting points! I haven't done any scouting this season so I should have more scouting points available.

I noticed this problem with my first team. I can't tell if the problem also happened with my second team.
