the original rules state a 1 - 10 rating, but I think at a later time it appeared to be possible that the ratings got above 10, but it was never adapted in the rules.
To avoid questions like this I left the numbers out in the translation to Flemish.
It might be best if you also just ignored the numbers. the rest of the text is correct...
