For those of us who don't know the flags of every country in the world (I used to when I was a little kid!), add the "title" attribute to the flag images on the BB3 page, so that we only need to hover over the flag to see the country name.

where is this BB3 page, what is it for?

I know that the flags on my team page show the country when you hover over them...
