Hello to all of you who read this, I don't know if you will be many. I am running for election for two main reasons.
One because I believe that Brutus has been in the position of NT for a long time and many times. Exactly 12 season and I think it's time someone new with maybe new ideas can take over the NT. Some of you will know me from my time last season on ASL from which I have descended for non-sporting economic reasons, my fault.
And the other main reason is that my goal is not to go up again this season, so I don't have to look at the teams of my rivals in ASL and I will also have more time to study our rivals and our own players, which according to what I have been able to do. see in NTSO some are missing.
In short, see things from another perspective.
Thank you for reading me and I hope that we vote in the elections even if it is not me.
PD.P.S. If I have made a misspelling, I apologize.

Hello Everyone,

I would like to continue running the national team and would appreciate your vote. As a country of just 19 managers we don't have a lot of talent to work with and despite that I feel we've been pretty successful.

In season 51 we were 4-2 in the first round, advanced to the second round to go 2-3. During that season we upset higher ranked Philippines and came within 4 points of beating 17th ranked Iran.

For the season 52 consolation tournament we were 5-3, and advanced to the second stage for the first time since season 44.

In season 53 I would like to begin a youth movement and bring in a few younger players that will be our future and especially focus on locally owned managers who are committed to developing their players. I am also working to contribute to the team by developing Akio Tsukahara who has joined the team last season and Gen Iseki who will be ready in a season or two as a new Inside player.

Some our players are getting old and we need to develop for the future so I'd like to get some younger players onto the team. I'm thinking of having a core 10 players who are really solid and then some (maybe not all) of the spots 11-18 go to young developing players who have made good training progress already but aren't quite fully there yet. Its a way to encourage the manager to keep developing the player and especially rewarding our local managers for contributing.

Are u planning to use them in SC or is it only to have them in the roster list for encouraging? I see it as a good initiative. When I was the NT I tried to give several minutes to this young players when the season was gone and were only SC left.

Yeah, I agree with you. I'd like to try to do well in the competitions but giving younger players some time in scrimmages will help their experience. We should start featuring young players in those games as winning or losing those doesn't matter as much.

I am not aware so well how the current roster skills are because it was 2 seasons ago, but I think that we can have in 2-3 seasons a better roster with the last young players with the support of Matsuyama and some veteran before their skills go down. In my case I have 2 you japanese players hall of fame with very good potential. Specially Takagi, 104 sos with 21 years, now 22. I see a good future for Japan if we do a good job

I noticed Takagi last season as part of the U21 team and recently took a look at his skills. You have made very good progress on his development so far and as you know there is still more work to get done. I look forward to working with you on the development of our team if I am reelected.
