Will the weekly salary stay the same (because loyalty) or will it also raise consistently?

So then what is the purpose of this hire internally option?
what is the difference between internally or purchasing from the market?
I have never tried it.

Depends. After winning the bid on my current trainer, I'm starting to regret not hiring internally. I paid 5m+ for a 30k salary level 7 coach, while if I hired internally, I would have saved 1m even though I will pay 10k more salary each week.

But if you calculate it, I would still be paying less compared to bidding unless I keep him (the staff hired internally) for 100 weeks.
