I am sorry if this suggestion has been already covered but I did not find a thread about it.
I would love to manage each player gametime more precisely. Since the trend is to avoid short lineup and player having big minutes number it would be nice to define for each game how many minutes will play each player.
With the actual system I found realy hard to manage minutes of good players with good stamina.
With this we could avoid playing trainees 48 minutes on one game and avoid the drop of performance due to their bad stamina.
But maybe it is hard to implement.
