I've got a question: just how important is Stamina to team/player performance? I often train Stamina whenever i have a 2 game week, which i have this week and next week possibly. I've always run with the assumption that having my players Stamina higher helps with in game performance, particularly with players who play 40+ minutes a game. Though i realize that could be considered game shape also. So I really have no idea whether that's really true? Can anyone shed some light on this? If I play a player with atrocious Stamina for a full 48 minutes, will his performance suffer? If so, is it significant?
