New skill? Some players are better than others, especially in the 4th. My proposed skill would marginally increase all skills in the 4th quarter depending on how high the "clutch" skill is. I suggest that clutch go next to experience and not be able to be trained. Clutch could be a combination of .25 of JR .25 of JS, .25 of FT and .25 Exp.
That way if a player was inept, inept, strong, and inept, their skill level would be:
.25x4+.25x4+.25x8+25x4=5 or medicore. This would give clutch a ceiling of legendary
if a player was legendary in all for categories. The boost could (and should) be marginal, say +.1 levels in all skills per level of clutch. Again, this would only be for the 4th quarter. Questions, Comments, concerns? Or critcisms?

I believe (don't quote this as an absolute) that there is already such a skill - it's called "experience".
