So once again I am looking at the team infrastructure. And here is what I can gather
The gym is pretty much a no brainer to have, but should you aim to upgrade it to level 3 ASAP?
Same question for the training court.
On the health centre, I guess it is mostly for high level teams that does not want to risk any injuries at all...
TV and radio - I guess this is a good idea, generating more members and attendees to the games?
Merchandise store, It will probably always be a positive addition on the weekly income, but a cost benefit compared to what else you can do..

I want to be competitive, i.e. maximise the likelyhood of winning B3 one day :-)

Training court is really a "no brainer" as it develops free throw for your entire team in a random bases without dedicated Ft training. I believe this is not just for training purposes but for your club team progress. FT is such a value and most of the time underrated. Look at your game stats in each season and see what % you shoot from the line and how many attempts you have. No you will see how important it is for a one time investment of 1m. + a weekly maintenance cost of 15k.

Gym is absolutely only for those who are training seriously either for their own good or national or U21 teams, as it gives a boost, but it does not worth the money of the same 1m + 15k weekly if you are not training at all.

Regarding the injuries, I`m a big believer of the level 4 medic specialized to avoid long time injuries or reduce the length of one it occurs. I`ve been having level 4 since ages and I have very limited time to get injured players.

Regarding the others, like merch store and TV station you can find a lot of discussion in other topics with already available data, but one thing is always true the weekly maintenance cost is always 5k/level.

Do you have any trainingspeed-data comparing lvl1 vs lvl3 training court? Extra 500k Iinitial cost + 10k extra/week, so 160k/season is a lot of money

Training Court: it constantly trains all the team members in Free Throws, regardless of the minutes they played each week. Probably this structure is the most useful one.
- Level 3 should grant a pop in FT every 6 weeks in an 18yo and a pop every 9 weeks in an over30yo
- Level 2 should grant a pop in FT every 7 weeks in an 18yo and a pop every 11 weeks in an over30yo
- Level 1 should grant a pop in FT every 11 weeks in an 18yo and probably a pop every 20+ weeks in an over30yo

I do not as I`ve invested for level 3 immediately.
What I can share is a few data around our U21 prospects and their development, example last year squad. (of course the starting FT skills are vary) but as of today overall looking at their FTs are in between 7-11 after one season.
Or I can give you another data regarding my U21 guy who was in the U21 squad 2 seasons ago, so he is now 23 and his FT is 19 already.

Again my point was that this investment (15k/week + one time 1m) for me is just a vital thing. If you are managing your team in a logical and right way, meaning that you do not overspend just for the sake of being a champion one time then go bankrupt, that 15k/week is nothing.
I did manage to run an outstanding 50-2 two seasons winning III league and then II league immediately beside training in U21 program and building my team in a logical and effective way. My team was built based on my logic and was superior in these two leagues yet could still maintain around +70-90k weekly profit.
FT is a huge part of this success as I look at my team and pretty much all (non 18-19 years U21 prospects) are already 19020 some of them are 25-28 in FT.
I can just emphasize again, look at your FT data how many "potential points" you left in each game because of a poor FT.
