It is part of the BBM tier 2 list.

The sort is strange. With the same point differential, the points scored is ascending order.
It seems that it is not normal.

The math works out that with 1024 team in each tier, playing 7 games with the swiss system you end up with 8 teams with a record of 7-0 and 56 teams with a record of 6-1.
The number of teams moving on will always be 64.
