My last games have recorded performances of 45-48 minutes for all starters, despite having 3 players in the pachina used as reserves.
Has the "Strictly Follow Depht Chart" option been changed?
I have been playing like this for several seasons to train at my best, but it had never happened to me that the reserves took so few minutes (I would say almost none).
