I am unable to see the Bulgaria NT Scrimmages page.

Having in mind that I can't add the NT Coaches conference either, maybe there is some problem with permissions for new NT coaches?

Many NT have already scheduled a scrimmage, but the game doesn't appear, it's a bug?
I'll really appreciate an answer.
