Hello my friends,

JS training is known to be a great one. But it looks like everybody is using SF/PF or sometime PG/SG. The SG/SF version, which is not supposed to be a diminished version of the training is left behind. Is it worthless ?

If people really use JS training for SF/PF version, I don't understand why they do it.

for 18yo, 183 cm guys it gives:

0.36 - JS
0.3 - IS

and very minor JR.

Even worse for taller guys.

Unless you really lack only IS and JS, I see no use of it for SF/PF. The better option for JS would be SG/SF or PG/SG. (0.53 JS, 0.16 JR and minor HN and DV).

coach parrot's coefficients. But i was working at the time so I said it on top of my head so the numbers could be slightly different. Back in the day, I could remember such things without any effort
