This method of play is a loophole and completely unrealistic. I myself have used it a number of times so I can't really throw stones.
Far too favourable to the guard who will often have a huge game from the 5 spot.
Don't see CP3 starting at the C position to exploit the mismatch with his outside shot.
If a centre is started at PG and patient gameplan is chosen, will that player repeatedly take his defender to the post to exploit his presumably stronger IS vs their weaker ID, as is the case with a PG at C? Haven't tried it, but I doubt it.
