Well you won the title last season and we're only 2 games in this season so i wouldn't really call it "keep losing" but looking at those 2 games, the first one you got killed on the boards and that would have cost you the game.

Second game, you either played TiE or they played Crunch Time and that got you.

Looks like your rebounding and defense could use some work, besides getting beaten on the boards, you're fouling a hell of a lot.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

The big problem against both Spastic Stuporsonics and Sibu Swat was that you lost rebounds by a wide margin and you fouled much more (e.g., 40 times vs. only 9 against Sibu Swat). They killed you from the free-throw line. Sibu Swat also tried harder (either CT-normal or normal-TIE), which is not reflected in the ratings.

You can do a lot of things. Try to even things out by improving your own rebounding through some quick and specific training or by bringing in new players, try to make rebounds less important by slowing the pace, taking more quality shots and thus creating fewer chancces for rebounding, or try to force turnovers so that they get fewer shots (and offensive rebounds). And you can also just forget about it and concentrate on your own strengths instead. Depending on your strengths and the weaknesses of your opponent, you can make very different choices.
