This is by far the stupidest thing in the game. Now it is even made worse by the BBM. I went 6-1 and have a BBM playoff game next Wednesday but since I only have two games this week due to the ASB, my GS for some of my players will take a hit.(Training GS is stupid, don't even reply with it). Just give the teams a random game on Tuesday, maybe do like you do during the playoffs. I am 4th, give me a scrimmage against the other divisions 4th. Fix this already!!!

I don't see an issue with it. Everyone else has to navigate the same issues with GS and enthusiasm. It creates nuance to strategy and a inflection point in the season.

this has gotten some traction in the minor suggestions too. I also don't see the issue. It's the same for everyone else.
Also why would you consider counter arguments as stupid? training game shape would actually be helping you since everyone else is registering a drop in Game Shape, especially now. I've yet to read a well structured argument to throw out the ASB.

Personally I don't think it impacts us a lot, you still have the 2 games in the week and that will be good enough to train and maintain gameshape for the majority of your players.

you can always train FTs, Stamina, gameshape
you can always train 2 or 4 of your trainees.

Everyone gets the same treatment. The long standing cup competitors should complain here, because they actually have three competitive games in a week and that sucks. Otherwise no issue there.

What I could think, is that ASB does not bring any real value, since no one really watches is it or is interested in the result(much like the last 30 years of NBA i guess....)

Now that is thinking outside the box. Get rid of the ASB all together. Especially for BB, with all the player being played out of position due to training, there is really no need to have an ASG. Maybe have the season end on a Tuesday and the playoffs start on the Saturday, right now it is flipped around.

Another thing you look to simplify. I like that playoffs start on a Tuesday as you have to better plan your minutes in the final regular season game which may or may not matter.

But if they did it like I said, there would be no Finals game three on a Sunday night. I hate that.

You seem to hate a lot of things.

Just two game weeks. No seeding in the Cup even in the Final 8. That is all!!

Except that the tournament ends at different times depending on country. In my country we have the finals this week, meaning competition is tougher earlier since we have fewer rounds. In utopia there are 16 teams left and some div3 even. Are you also suggesting that more bot teams are added to less populated countires so the tourmanent runs over a longer period of time to match bigger countries?
