Hi,
I think it would make more sense to sort the NT coach rankings by winning percentage rather than number of wins.
What do you think? Can it be changed please? Thanks. :)

For example the ranking in South Africa is not logical:

I really like this system but I’d add and amend a couple spots to this ⬇️

Wins-Losses
Continental Win: 2 point
Continental Loss: -2 point
Worlds* Win: 3 points
Worlds* Loss: 0 points
Consolation Round-Robin Win: 1 point
Consolation Round-Robin Loss: -1 point
Consolation Tournament Win: 2 points
Consolation Tournament Loss: -1 point
Scrimmages: 0 points win or lose
*Repechage counts as Worlds

Awards
Consolation Bronze: 5 point
Consolation Silver: 8 points
Consolation Gold: 12 points
Continental Bronze: 12 points
Continental Silver: 15 points
Continental Gold: 20 points
Worlds Bronze: 20 points
Worlds Silver: 25 points
Worlds Gold: 30 points

Longevity
Managers gets 5 points for every term that they complete

Few things I don't agree with either of you.

- There shouldn't be any minus points for losses, cause managers from small nations who can hope to get 1-2 wins per season, would all be Sub-Zero.

- Continental Gold should be worth more than World Cup Bronze. Well, this is different for each continent, but in Europe, it's much harder to win a Continental, than to get a World Cup Bronze.

- Managers shouldn't get any points just for being elected.

Instead of negative points, I would suggest a bigger gap between wins in different competitions, there's no reason to keep the points low.

Scrimmage Win: 0 points

Consolation Round-Robin Win: 1 point
Consolation R32 Win: 2 points
Consolation R16 Win: 3 points
Consolation R8 Win: 4 points
Consolation R4 Win: 6 points
Consolation Finals Win: 10 points

Consolation Max Points: 33 points

Continental Win: 3 points
Getting to R12: +5 points
Continental R12 Win: 5 points
Continental Bronze: 20 points
Continental Silver: 33 points
Continental Gold: 55 points

Continental Max Points: 106 points

World Cup Repechage Win: 1 point
Participation in World Cup (for all 12 participants): +5 points
World Cup Win: 5 points
Getting to R8: +8 points
World Cup R8 Win: 8 points
World Cup Bronze: 40 points
World Cup Silver: 66 points
World Cup Gold: 110 points

World Cup Max Points: 180 points (183 with Repechage)

Repechage Win needs to be as low as a Consolation Round-Robin Win, so managers from weaker nations wouldn't get incentive to CT a match just so they could get more coach points.

The ratio I took for Gold/Silver/Bronze is simply a ratio from tennis GS tournaments where a winner gets 2000, finalist 1200, semi-finalist 720, so:

Silver = Bronze * 1.666
Gold = Silver * 1.666

By Continental, do you mean the World Cup Qualifiers? For a country just outside of the top 4 in my continent (and Asia generally being a weaker continent), continental wins are much easier to get compared to Consolation wins. And another thing about the Consolation tourney (which I seriously dislike), the pairings are like Russian Roulette. You might be really unlucky to get smacked with a lot of strong opponents for the whole season, or get paired with terrible opponent's throughout the season and make the playoffs despite having a weak team.

Giving points based on result against your opponent's NT rankings should be the closest thing to a reliable measure.

I asked for a change that I thought was quite simple and quick to implement, and you made it very complicated :D
