I have drafted the best recruit I have ever had in 10 seasons but have only had 2 pops in 3 weeks. I have a level 4 trainer and level 4 youth trainer and no infrastructure. Full training minutes, one on one for forwards. He is 18, mvp 6’2” and already 40 TSP for guard skills.

My question is , is it standard to have a few quiet training weeks for young blokes?
Is it really worth the money investing in infrastructure?
Is it really worth the money recruiting higher level trainers?

Because over a period of time the expense of trainers and infrastructure would outweigh the return on the player.

Any help appreciated.

Its nothing unusual. For instance if JS and IS were low to start with they would need more then 3 weeks to pop.

Yeah cheers.

There are no players anywhere near as good as him on the transfer list so it’s so tempting to sell him for $2million + but nothing beats a home grown hero. Guess I’ll just persist!
