If you have a chance to get promoted, why not do it?

IMO always go up if possible.

If you enjoy meaningless games against bot teams, stay, but I'll guarantee it's way more fun to play against human teams.

Just do it

My answer is always if you have a chance to promote, go for it. Promotion Bonus goes along way, so even if you get demoted in the next season financially it is a good choice
