I don't know how it has been working for most of you, but the more I look at my jersey merchandise numbers the less they make sense.
I have one player who yields much more merchandise than the others (11k). It's a 32yo Swedish who's been with my team for 1.5 seasons and has the second highest salary (85k).
The second highest yields just 3k (a 33yo Philipine who's also been 1.5 seasons with my team and is a rotation player at best).
Then at third you have my best player, a 102k salary 23yo who was drafted by my team and who was a starter for the French U21 team and who yields only 2,9k of merchandise.
If this wasn't bizarre enough, I have a 50k 30yo player who has been with my team for 9 seasons playing mostly as a starter who yields less (1,455) then a 15k 33yo backup player who has just been hired (1,489).
Does this make any sense?
