This game seem micromanagement heavy!

So it's a bit of surprise to me that free throw training is done on autopilot. It feels a lot like eastern grind game where for $9.99 you get auto farming feature. Yes I'm talking about The training court. On one hand I want it as soon as possible on the other I hate it already.

In RL a good indication if someone will ever develop outside shot is his FT%. So one solution would be to give a heavy dose (1:1) of free throws to outside shooting training (while removing DR and HN as they seem to be everywhere anyway). The other to simply speed up team free throws training or both. Since more FT are caused by inside shots this would create an interesting problem to solve?

Of course there's "What to do with training court" question but that can be discussed later...
