Today I put one end of the bench player for sale for a cheap price. A random team overbid on him and then bid again raising for no reason (nobody bidded between his bids). Should I report this? I don't want to get flagged for this random behavior.

I don't think so. He didn't bid too far over TPE. He may have just bid all his cash knowing your guy comes off the TL after the economic update. I have done this tactic in the past. He also could be trying to scare other potential buyers.
