For play-off always the team with better results in regular season has home court advantage.

But I found that for play-out the team on 5th place from Big conference had home court advantage even having a line of 7-15 while me, 7th place in Great, I had 9-13 in the regular season. Is this fair or is just a bug?

5th is better than 7th, no matter on win n loses
