Hello dear BB community!

I was thinking recently about that my PF needs to play PG position in order to have high efficient training of OD. Which makes me put probably worst fit for that position on the roaster. Which feels really odd, and you probably will never do it in real life. Especially when you need him to work hard on PF position.
So that made me think, how you can change that. So in nutshell, usually everyone train 3 players for single player trainings, and 6 for two positions (if you manage that). They need to play 48 hours (+/-) to get full training.
So if we look from other perspective around, we have Coach and his time devoted to train players.
He can focus his time on few players or spread that time on everyone which is not efficient. Also players need to have playing experience earned otherwise skills without that are useless (it's easy to shoot 3pt with no pressure and no one defending) In IRL you don't place player on main PG to master handling, you first train him and then give chance to play it on PG, show his skills.

What about do it like this:
you still select what to train and for how many players, positions don't matter.
for single position (i.e. OD, Passing, JR) Coach has 12 hours("points"), 4 hours = full training
you can spread those hours however you want between specific players. they need to play 48 yours at least to earn that gain. (if less then less efficient 1 point = 12 minutes)

for double position(i.e. rebound, one on one) you have more hours(24h), but the idea the same.

if you want (for some reason) to have OD training for two positions you still can.

I suppose you don't have never seen a basketball player training in official game..
Because the training and the match are two different world..
Unfortunately in BB are..
You must change all the training system..

I am afraid that you are right. Nobody likes being forced to wait that a player is fully trained (1 to 2 real year !) before using him at his real position.

But I am also afraid that this question is coming back every season since the begining of this game.

As for my opinion, what about letting people chose which players are trained. But these players, as a result of this extra training, would suffer a loss in performance (X%) ?
That would also get right of players forced to play 48min a game to receive 100% training.

Let me know if I understood that correctly.
So if player plays during the week and his selected for training instead of having played 30-40 min a match with 100% he'll play at lower efficiency like 75%, something like additional stamina penalty?

Or it should affect his GS, if he's on training then he needs to play less minutes to be in good Game Shape?
