How much does stamina play into this? Will players with lower stamina play less minutes or just perform worse in extended minutes?

Provided that 48 minutes is the optimum, what's preferable regarding the practice of players, 33 or 63 minutes playing time? Or both equal?

So anything over 55-60 minutes, would mean a lower practice rating? If this is the case, it seems a bit low. If your best players start one game and perform well, that would mean close to a max of 48 mins from just one game. That would mean they could hardly play in the next couple games. If they do play and do well then the minutes will go well over 60 mins. In my first game played, my team did very badly yet the starters still played 30-40 mins.

Quick question...to keep the coach from playing players you don't want played, do you have to keep them off the 12 man roster or just not add them anywhere on the depth chart?

To clarify: if a player is not anywhere on your depth chart, he won't play, even if he's on your 12 man lineup (unless there are some injuries, or a couple people foul out).
