Hello, BB managers and teams!

Greetings!

I would like to ask if it is normal when I train both of my SGs and SFs under Jump Shot skills training for three (3) consecutive weeks and after my 1st week, the said training gave me positive effects (improved jump shots and jump range) but after 2-3 weeks giving the same training, I've got no positives or skill increase at all given that some of them reached 48+ mins. (some 60+ mins.).

Do I have to change skill training every week or is it okay to keep it if I want to focus on their jump shot and jump range, but I just to be patient for more weeks? Does it accumulate as time goes by or will go back to zero when I change my weekly training?

My current situation:

(1 player popped up Jump Shot and Jump Range)
(1 player popped up Outside Def.)

(No skills have popped or dropped this week.)

Looking at your roster I'd assume that you are training those 25yo players. If that's the case, I think it's pretty "normal" to hace 3 weeks without any pop.
In fact it also depends on you coach level, but I'd guess, next week will be way better.
