Hi everyone,

I just started the game a week ago and already understood some basics of the game and how things work.

Despite that, I don't find much information on how to plan my team for the future, like how to spend my money or train my players and would like to ask if any senior player would like to be my mentor!

You could try your nation's National forum (https://buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?folder=...), usually there are a number of managers very willing to help a fellow manager out.
There's also the Mentorship thread (319526.1) where a number of mentors are listed, some with specialty.
I'm one of those, so if you prefer or can't find another mentor I'll gladly help you out too, though sometimes I don't respond within a day.
