Hello everyone!
I am a new enthusiastic player, and I would like to start expanding the Arena right away. How do you recommend proceeding? Should I spend all the money I have at once, or do small works week by week? Also, how should I balance the proportion between standing places, seats, courtside seats, etc.? For every 1000 standing places added, should I also add 100 seats and 10 courtside seats, or how else do you recommend proceeding? Thank you all for the help!

P.S. I have noticed that there are differing opinions among users regarding the ticket prices in the Arena: some say not to change them game by game (due to possible reactions from the fans), others suggest changing them based on the opponent and type of match (TV, playoffs, strong opponent, direct rival...) and analysis from the spokesperson. What do you think about this? The more advice, the better.
P.P.S. Do you recommend getting a level 2 spokesperson (just to have one with a specialty) right from the start? I have read that many users have benefited right away from the spokesperson's specialty, regardless of their level.

Thank you very much for the help and advice, and enjoy Buzzer Beater!

Welcome!

I'd build as much as possible each time, there's no maintenance cost so it doesn't matter if you expand too much for what your team can currently sell. You might also time it to coincide with a home game. Let's say you have a home game in 14 days, you might build enough to finish in 12 days (it's an estimate so best to allow some leeway).

Prioritise by what sections are filling the most, if in doubt I think courtside or bleachers are the best options. A final arena size of 15,000/5,000/500/50 is a rough guide if you want an idea of proportions.

Change the tickets after every game, trying to get as close as possible to filling the arena. I don't think you get penalised for constantly changing the prices. Different types of games do affect attendance a bit, particularly the strength and recent results of your opponent.

I think spokesperson has a small effect (not sure how much), so yeah a cheap salary level 2 spokesperson can't hurt if you want.

Hope that helps!

I recommend to expand it in some smaller steps:
1. you will get a better feeling for pricing and attendance of the larger arena
2. the are no fixied fees for each step of expansion
3. the more seats you add, the longer it takes … you can sell the new seats earlier and earn money
4. I.e. Adding 2000 seats to a 8000 seat arena (adding 25%) takes longer than adding 1000 and 1000
5. I. E. Adding 1000 seats to a 5000 seat arena takes longer than adding 1000 seats to an 9000 seats arena

Do not expand to more than 21.000 seats in total (I would rather go for 18-20000).
Faktor 3-2,5 / 1 / 500 / 50

Thanks a lot, Flaterik!
Very much appreciated. Just one question: is there a limit for the amount of lower tier seats a player can add (like 5000), or it can be potentially upgraded infinitely? I ask you that since I usually get the recommendation of slowly adding up seats until I reach 5000 lower tier seats.
Thanks again for the help.
Cheers.

As far as I know there is no limit for Bleachers and Lower Tier (only for luxury boxes and courtside/parquett).

I would recommend to start with bleachers, they pay back first and give you more flexibility in case of winning (and loosing) streaks,

There is a limit of 30k bleachers and 10k lower tier (as shown on the app), but one should stop short of that limit, as the soft caps to attendance will kick in well before those limits.

Thanks Azariah!
I couldn't see the limit because I don't play on the app, so I got curious about that.

Can the price of tickets be changed for each match? I thought it could only be changed three times each season.

In the past it was only 3 times a season but it changed to be able to change prices at any time a while ago.
