Salary floor is killing me. I am going bankrupt. After my first year i drafted an all tiem great 18 year old. I am focused on training him. I am paying 100k to 2 training coaches. I am at -200k balance. Replacing coahces with 1 star coaches is not an option. I can't downgrade them to 3-4 because i can't bid on anything. I was hoping to get relegated last year. Lost almost every game but i am still at leage 3. I was hoping my salary floor would be much lower when i relegate back to leage 4 but that didn't happen. Now i will try to sell most of my other young guys but i don't know if that will turn things around. How can i get out from this. I need to find a way to build up my stadium. I don't get why i didn't relegate. Also at my first year i tried to not promote lost in the conf. finals but still got promoted.

I'm not sure why you didn't relegate, maybe there aren't many human IV teams to promote? Someone with more knowledge of the Turkish league could perhaps answer that.

You are currently selling out your arena, so increase the prices. Hard to say what would be ideal, I would set them all to max. Then if any sections aren't selling out you can reduce the price a bit.

If you're still losing money after that I don't know what else you can do, other than sell the player and sack your coaches. All-time great is nice but it's not a big upgrade over Hall of Fame potential, and there are plenty of those available to buy or draft in the future. If the alternative is bankruptcy then you will be losing the player either way.

I know this does not help, but I think it is practically impossible for you to be relegated into div 4. They probably have a code that checks whether there are bot teams in your div level, and if there are, human players are simply not relegated. In Hungary, for example, there are only bots in div 4, but Turkey probably also does not have enough players to sustain a proper div 4.

Yes i have put all my eggs in one basket without doing proper reearch. I am paying 50k to rank 5 trainer and another 50k to rank 6 youth trainer. I am thinking to hire internally rank 4 trainer. Salary will be 15k with 60k hiring cost. Should i do it? I am not sure if game will let me while i am in deficit.

I will fill my salary at first chance i get but right now i can't bid on anyone.

Setting my scouting to max at last few weeks of last season didn't help either. I set it 10k after draft but right no it is 0.

I got an 18 year old mvp with good skills. I am hoping to get at lest 100k from him. He shares my real name i don't want to but i guess i have to :'(.

My weekly balance is -25k. To get a 6 trainer with reasonable salary you need put a lot money in bidding wars. I won't sell my ATG.

If i will be forced to give less then ideal training to mt ATG then i will sell him instead. I just payed 500k for training centre. I have gym at 3. How much of an effect it will have on my guy if i fire youth trainer?
