Yeah man, your team is solid. It looks like you have done a good job training a few guys and plugging in at other positions. D.II is fairly easy to contend in for a newer manager if you are developing well and managing your arena, staff, profits and players, and is much less competitive then it was a few years ago. The competition in Naismith is exponentially more difficult then most D.II's though, if that's what you're aiming for, keep up the good work.
I don't have much time to manage my team as I have in the past, so I'm just chilling trying to make some cash and train some interesting players. D.II is a fun environment to do that.
Edit: to add, I think an important aspect for new players to understand and pay attention too in order to get better is player Game Shape and how player minutes affect this. Also understanding the Attitude/Enthusiasm mechanic in the line-up page. Ensuring your team is in good Game Shape, and understanding the strategic advantage that Attitude/Enthusiasm can have in certain games; and how to use it, is very important to a good team.
