Games are generated during the 15minutes before the game, the ones where you cannot set anymore your lineup. That's why injuries are known beforehand.

This is a known effect of that. It's a display bug that has no incidence on the game. Ideally it will be solved one day, but, as of now and after many many reports, it hasn't yet.

It used to work that way. And people abused it to list players with major injuries so that their auctions would end during a game and the injury wouldn't show during the end of the auction.

So my guess is, this is an intentional fix to that exploit, and if you care about the spoiler then you need to stay off of your roster page during a game.
