Greetings!
I'd like to introduce myself to the Ireland community and offer my services as manager of the Ireland U21 team. I've been an avid trainer in BB for a long time. I even built the Training Simulator back in the day using data from the USA NT community. My training has allowed me to make it to the top league in the USA. My strategy has helped me win a cup runner-up and a cup championship in the last two seasons. I can rock a good spreadsheet. I've been a scout for the USA U21 before and enjoy helping managers develop training goals that maximize value both for clubs and the national team. All of these are great assets to the Irish side.
I have a sequence of goals for the Irish U21: First, develop the dedicated trainers who are both Irish managers and international managers of Irish players. I intend to do this through regular communication with managers and offering myself as a resource to these managers for training and gameplay in general. If elected, I plan to stay for a number of seasons so we can build a program from draftees into a string of successful teams. This will let us grow the program into a force that will not only have success as a U21, but also support the Ireland NT. With cooperation, we will make a splash in the Euro U21 Tournament. And together we will build a program that can strike out for Ireland's first U21 Worlds berth!
A personal note: Part of why I'm interested in managing the Ireland U21 squad is that I have Irish ancestry and play Irish trad as a hobby here in the USA (fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bodhrán, and a little whistle).
