For the other coaches other than our current U21 Manager, why do you deserve our votes? Coach Leo did a great job in his last term, what can you do better than him?

For me, All of us deserve your votes and I really acknowledge coach leo for what he has done in his last term. I think that there's no thing that I can do to be better on what he did. All i can do is to continue on what he did and add some innovation or improvements
